I was born in 1964 in Plymouth, UK. I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of East Anglia in Norwich, UK, in 1986 and my Radio Amateur licence (G7BHB) in 1988.
I worked as a software contractor with my own company J.R.M.Systems, but am currently employed by a global aerospace company.
For kicks, I go skiing or live action role playing, and have occasionally been known to bungee jump (JPEG 63913 bytes).
I enjoy reading books by Terry Pratchett
